The brief was to design labels for a series of 35 flavoured e-cigarettes liquids with room for further expansion of the line. The goal was to easily identify each flavour whilst also managing the restriction of a very small label.


Our solution was to explore typography and colour. Each flavour has an abbreviated letterform similar to letters on a periodical chart. Colours that reflect the flavours were then choosen and applied to the letterforms and as a band at the bottom of each label. The overall look and feel has a contemporary vintage feel that appeals to the target audience.
