The Australian Institute of Landscape Architecture (AILA) unites leading landscape architects in a professional organisation of common interest and achievement.

Each state hosts it's own events and bi-annual awards.

Big Roar were commissioned to design and art direct the 2013 Awards Ceremony and Dinner.

The theme, Landscapes of the mind, was settled upon as it best summed up the imagination and creative thought process required to produce spaces that have the ability to produce positive impacts on the built and natural environment.

The imagery utilised for the awards invitation and poster, are abstract sections taken from submitted works to further reinforce the notion of a glimpse into the mind of the creator. This was supported by an awards book and a set of pictorial stamps to compliment each project.
